I don't know what type of people or employess Jetblue Airways has for a Crewmember, but am working inside in the compamy for almost 5 years, and i can observed how big is the discrimination here and more for our coworker in the ramp, I got witness for diferent coworkers working antiethical, unproffesional, and just looking the opportunity to the womans passenger, is unbelievable that coworkers,(married) in a relationship, just flirt and harass elegant womans, By our employee handbook, this is antiethical, and unproffesional, but most of our manager's know about this situation and just ignored, but my advise is don't wait for any passenger, start with a lawsue, In my case i know about one excellent woman that i meet working here with one of my coworker, and people guess what? He destroy that beautiful relationship, because he cheating with passenger and flight attendant, am still in comunication with this girl, and OMG, nobody can believe, but she show me more than 60 womans passengers that he approach, she show emails, and more,
I don't know what happend with people dept, or human Resources or Jason, Or Chris, or Dave Barger, but this is so serious and calling attention from all Human Resources Dept
Am inside, and i can see a lot workers doing stuff(not positive to the comp)
Just start cleaning the house, is a lot dirty, inside.
